Hello and welcome back to our blog! This week we’re learning something new about two programs that we have going on.  The first is the Best Price Guarantee, and the second is our Vacation Installment Plan option. The Best Price Guarantee is very simple.  We want your business, and we will do what we need to do to get your business and treat you fairly.  The Best Price Guarantee that we have alleviates some of the hesitation of accepting a particular price.  It’s kind of like deciding to date someone exclusively or accepting a marriage proposal.  You always wonder could you have done better J

The Best Price Guarantee works like this. Guests have 48 hours from the time they book to find a lower price.  This lower price only applies to publicly available online rates.  You fill out a short form detailing the rate, where you found it, and your basic information.  Submit it for verification, and Robinson Cruise Planners will give 110% of the difference in cash, not an onboard credit as the cruise lines do.  This way you have the flexibility to decide when, where, and how you want to spend your Best Price refund.

The other way we are trying to make travel affordable for you is by offering an installment plan for vacation arrangements made through Robinson Cruise Planners.  To participate in the installment plan, you simply need to enroll in Access America Travel Protection which ensures that if you have to cancel your trip, you receive 80%-100% of the cost of the nonrefundable portion of the trip refunded to you.  You make the initial deposit, and then decide if you want to make weekly or biweekly payments.  The amount of the payments is equal to the cost of your trip divided by the number of weeks remaining until your final deposit date.  Should you choose to cancel the trip, there is no penalty on the part of Robinson Cruise Planners, and remember 80%-100% of the nonrefundable cost of the trip is returned to you via Access America.  There is one exception; the Vacation Installment Plan is for cruises whose final payment is at least two months into the future, and currently does not apply to airfare and hotel accommodations.
